Join DAF for this FREE workshop and learn the best management skills for productive and persistent legume pastures. Learn about the latest legume research for sown pastures, including:
  • Reliable techniques to successfully establish legumes into existing sown pastures.
  • How to select the right legume for your situation.
  • Tips for managing legume-grass pastures for long term productivity.
  • Develop a legume establishment action plan
There will be opportunity for producers to be involved in on-farm legume establishment demonstrations after the workshop. Participating producers will receive technical support for a new sowing. Expressions of interest will be taken at the workshops.

DAF’s team of highly experienced sown pasture agronomists; Gavin Peck, Stuart Buck and Brian Johnson have been undertaking research to assist graziers to increase animal production through reliable legume establishment into sown pastures.
