AgForward Information Days
Burdekin reef extension nears end of second phase
Phase two of the
extension package began in June 2010 with two-hour follow-up
information sessions being conducted.
The days assist producers with
reef regulations and completing
Environmental Risk Management Plans (ERMPs) due by 30
September.
ERMPs are to be completed by
graziers with properties larger than 2000 hectares in the
Burdekin Dry Tropics catchment.

follow up sessions are being held at:
The
first phase of AgForce Projects’ Burdekin catchment reef
extension service finished May 2010, providing assistance to a
total of 481 graziers impacted by the Queensland Government’s
reef protection package.
